Supplements for a smaller appetite.

A sharply reduced appetite makes it hard to get adequate protein and micronutrients from meals, however carefully you plan them.

Sustena is two lemon-lime sachets you stir into water: one for vitamins and minerals, one for protein. Light and juice-like, not milky.

The problem

  1. Heavy shakes are hard work

Most protein shakes are thick and milky. When you feel full after a few bites, that isn’t nutrition, it’s something you’ll abandon half-finished.

  2. Protein is the first casualty

Eating substantially less makes protein the hardest target to hit. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass.

  3. Nobody tells you any of this

Most people find out something’s wrong when they notice it in the mirror or in the gym. The nutrition side rarely comes with instructions.

What it is

Built the other way round.

Most supplements assume you want more. We assumed you can manage less.

We prioritise nutritional adequacy, good taste and easy preparation.

Light and juice-like, not milky.

Clear Protein is made with clear whey isolate, so it stirs into water as a light lemon-lime drink. Nothing thick or milky to get through.

One sachet a day.
Daily Micro is a 5g sachet you stir into 300ml of water, once a day.
Protein that counts.
Each Clear Protein sachet gives around 21.6g of protein, from clear whey isolate.
A broad vitamin and mineral formula.
Most nutrients in Daily Micro are at around 100% of the daily reference intake. Every ingredient and amount will be listed in full.
Lemon-lime, both of them.
Both sachets are lemon-lime, made to be a light drink you can finish.

Is it suitable for me?

Speak to your GP or pharmacist before adding any supplement, particularly if you have a medical condition or take anything on prescription.

Who’s it for?

Anyone eating far less than they used to, who can’t finish a meal and is finding it hard to get enough from food.

Are there any allergens?

Clear Protein contains milk. Full ingredient and allergen information will be on every pack and on this site before launch.
